About us

The Copper Spoon opened in 2018 in a small corner of Manchester's Northern Quarter. We serve seasonal British plates, natural wine, and a rotating menu that changes with whatever the growers bring us that week.

Our kitchen is small and our team is small, and that's on purpose. We cook the way we like to eat — unfussy, generous, and rooted in the north of England.
